摘　　要：断奶在奶牛场的管理策略中起着至关重要的作用,会影响未来犊牛生长性能和健康。断奶会引起犊牛应激,影响机体生长性能、胃肠道健康及免疫功能。本文从生长性能、胃肠道健康和免疫功能等方面阐述了断奶应激对犊牛的影响及其作用机理,并提出了一些科学的营养调控措施,旨在为缓解犊牛断奶应激、促进现代规模化奶牛养殖下犊牛的健康发育提供参考。Weaning plays a crucial role in the management strategy of dairy farms and can affect future calf performance and health.Weaning causes calf stress,which affects growth performance,gastrointestinal health and immune function.This paper describes the effects of weaning stress on calves and its mechanism from the aspects of growth performance,gastrointestinal health and immune function,and puts forward some scientific nutritional control measures,aiming to provide reference for alleviating calf weaning stress and promoting the healthy development of calves under modern large⁃scale dairy farming.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(5):2793⁃2803]
