摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的铜对乳鸽组织及鸽乳中铜含量、鸽蛋品质、乳鸽血清抗氧化指标等的影响。选择120对银羽王父母代种鸽,随机配对分为5组,包括1个对照组(基础饲粮中不添加铜)和4个试验组(基础饲粮中分别添加4、8、12、16 mg/kg铜),每组8个重复,每个重复3对种鸽。以CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O(铜含量24.57%)作为铜源,各组铜含量的实测值分别为5.66、8.67、11.46、15.22、20.09 mg/kg。试验期46 d。结果表明:随着饲粮中铜添加水平的增加,鸽乳中铜含量及1~28日龄种鸽平均日采食量(ADFI)呈显著线性增加(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加4 mg/kg的铜显著提高了鸽蛋蛋黄色泽、母鸽血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、乳鸽血清铜蓝蛋白(CP)活性(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加不同水平的铜对乳鸽肝脏、心脏及胸肌中铜含量,乳鸽血清及各组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)活性,种鸽ADFI、蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄重、蛋壳颜色、蛋壳厚度,以及母鸽血清CP活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。以乳鸽血清CP活性及母鸽血清CAT活性作为评价种鸽饲粮铜需要量的敏感指标,进行最佳二次曲线模型评价,初步获得饲粮中铜的适宜添加水平分别为3.96及7.96 mg/kg。由此可见,在种鸽饲粮中添加适宜水平的铜可提升鸽蛋品质及母鸽、乳鸽抗氧化能力。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of different lev⁃els of copper on the contents of copper in tissues of squab and milk of breeder pigeons,the quality of egg and the serum antioxidant indexes of squab.A total of 120 pairs of Yinyu King’s parented breeding pigeons were randomly divided into 5 groups,including 1 control group(basal diet supplemented with no copper)and 4 ex⁃perimental groups(basal diet supplemented with 4,8,12 and 16 mg/kg copper,respectively).Using CuSO_(4)·5H_(2) O(copper content 24.57%)as copper source,the measured copper content of each group was 5.66,8.67,11.46,15.22 and 20.09 mg/kg,respectively.The experiment lasted for 46 days.Result showed as follows:with the increase of dietary copper supplemental level,the copper content of pigeon milk and aver⁃age daily feed intake(ADFI)of breeding pigeons aged from 1 to 28 days were linearly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 4 mg/kg copper significantly increased yolk col⁃or,serum catalase(CAT)activity of female pigeon,serum ceruloplasmin(CP)activity of squabs(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation of different levels of copper had no significant effects on the copper content in liver,heart and breast muscle of squabs,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,copper and zinc superoxide dismutase(CuZn⁃SOD)activity in serum and tissues of squabs,ADFI of breeding pigeons,egg weight,egg shape in⁃dex,protein height,Haugh unit,yolk weight,eggshell color,eggshell thickness and serum CP activity of fe⁃male pigeons(P>0.05).Serum CP activity of squabs and serum CAT activity of female pigeons were used as sensitive indexes to evaluate the dietary copper requirement of breeding pigeons.The optimal supplemental lev⁃els of copper sulfate were 3.96 and 7.96 mg/kg,respectively.In conclusion,dietary supplementation of cop⁃per can improve egg quality and antioxidant capacity of female pigeons and squabs.
