摘　　要：目的:探讨损伤控制理念在骨科下肢创伤患者临床急救治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年10月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院治疗的骨科下肢创伤患者64例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组采用常规急救治疗,观察组在急救治疗中应用损伤控制理念。比较两组救治指标、临床疗效、并发症。结果:观察组检查时间、手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。结论:损伤控制理念在骨科下肢创伤患者的临床急救治疗中的应用效果显著,能有效提升救治效果,减少并发症与术中出血量,缩短检查及手术时间,提高康复质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of injury control concept in clinical emergency treatment of patients with lower extremity trauma in orthopedics.Methods:A total of 64 patients with orthopedic lower extremity trauma treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional emergency treatment,and the observation group was treated with the idea of damage control.The therapeutic indexes,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The examination time,operation time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than that of control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).Conclusion:The application of injury control concept in the clinical emergency treatment of patients with lower extremity trauma in orthopedics is significant,which can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce complications and intraoperative blood loss,shorten the examination time and operation time,improve the rehabilitation quality.
