中医分期辨证结合外治法治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察中医分期辨证结合外治法治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月南京中医药大学第二附属医院收治的小儿肺炎患者60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医分期辨证结合外治法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状消退时间、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);观察组咳嗽、咳痰、气喘及肺部湿啰音症状消退时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:在西医治疗基础上,中医分期辨证结合外治法治疗小儿肺炎效果较好,能够改善症状,减少不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine staged identification combined with external treatment in treating pediatric pneumonia.Methods:Sixty cases of pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of thirty cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine staged identification combined with external treatment on the basis of the control group.Compared the two groups'treatment effect,the time of symptoms subsiding,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);the time for the symptoms of cough,sputum,shortness of breath and pulmonary wet rales to subside in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment,Chinese medicine staged identification combined with external treatment is more effective in treating pediatric pneumonia,which can improve symptoms and reduce adverse reactions.
