穴位贴敷联合中药汤剂熏蒸在肛肠手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究穴位贴敷联合中药汤剂熏蒸在肛肠手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月石家庄丰益肛泰医院收治的肛肠手术患者140例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组采用穴位贴敷治疗,观察组采用穴位贴敷联合中药汤剂熏蒸治疗。比较两组症状指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、排便出血评分、排便困难评分、并发症发生率。结果:观察组水肿消失时间、疼痛消失时间、便血消失时间、伤口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组VAS评分、排便出血评分、排便困难评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分、排便出血评分、排便困难评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:穴位贴敷联合中药汤剂熏蒸能减轻肛肠手术患者的术后疼痛,缓解排便障碍,使创面快速愈合,且降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the application effect of acupoint plastering combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation in patients undergoing anal and intestinal surgery.Methods:One hundred and forty cases of anal and intestinal surgery patients admitted to Shijiazhuang Fengyi Gangtai Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the method of randomized numerical table,each with seventy cases.The control group was treated with acupoint plastering,and the observation group was treated with acupoint plastering combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation.The symptom indicators,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,defecation bleeding scores,defecation difficulty scores,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The edema disappearance time,pain disappearance time,blood in stool disappearance time,and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the dfference was satiticall significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of VAS score,defecation bleeding scores,and defecation difficulty scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score,defecation bleeding score,defecation difficulty score of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:Acupoint plastering combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation can reduce the postoperative pain of anal and intestinal surgery patients,alleviate defecation obstacles,enable rapid healing of wounds,and reduce the incidence of complications.
