摘　　要：目的:研究PDCA循环在重症监护室(ICU)医务人员手卫生管理中的应用效果。方法:选取六盘水市水城区人民医院ICU工作的医务人员为观察对象,以2022年5—10月工作的医务人员为对照组,以2022年11月—2023年4月工作的医务人员为观察组。对照组采用常规管理方法,观察组采用PDCA管理。比较两组手卫生依从率、合格率、手卫生知识评分,医院感染发生率。结果:观察组手卫生依从率和合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手卫生知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组医院感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。结论:PDCA循环在ICU医务人员手卫生管理中的应用效果较好,可有效提高ICU医务人员手卫生依从率和合格率,减少医院感染。Objective:To study the application effect of PDCA cycle in hand hygiene management of medical staff in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:Medical staff working in the ICU of Liupanshui Shuicheng District People's Hospital were selected as the observation subjects,medical staff working from May to October 2022 were selected as the control group,and medical staff working from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group was managed by conventional methods,and the observation group was managed by PDCA.Hand hygiene compliance rate,pass rate,hand hygiene knowledge score and nosocomial infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate and pass rate of hand hygiene in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of hand hygiene knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of nosocomial infection in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).Conclusion:The application effect of PDCA cycle in hand hygiene management of ICU medical staff is good,which can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance rate and pass rate of ICU medical staff,and reduce nosocomial infection.
