摘　　要：痛风为代谢性疾病,表现为反复发作的关节炎症。在中医理论中,痛风多与“湿邪”相关,因此祛湿治疗成为其重要手段之一。该文从健脾降浊利湿、清热止痛祛湿、补益肝肾祛湿三个方面探讨祛湿理论在痛风治疗中的运用,以期为相关治疗方案的应用提供参考。Gout is a metabolic disease characterized by recurrent joint inflammation.In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,gout is mostly related to"dampness evil",so the treatment of dampness has become one of its important means.This article discusses the application of dispelling dampness theory in the treatment of gout from three aspects:strengthening spleen and lowering turbidity and dispelling dampness,clearing heat and pain,and tonifying liver and kidney and dispelling dampness,in order to provide reference for the application of relevant treatment schemes.
