摘 要:研究芳纶/玻纤混杂纤维双轴向经编复合材料的力学性能。以芳纶/玻纤混杂纤维双轴向经编织物为增强体,将№1⁃695⁃3K A环氧树脂与№1⁃695⁃3K B固化剂混合,基于真空辅助树脂传递模塑技术制作复合材料,并与同状态下玻纤经编复合材料对比,研究两种复合材料在拉伸性能、弯曲性能和低速冲击性能上的区别。结果表明:与玻纤经编复合材料相比,芳纶/玻纤经编复合材料沿纱线加载方向的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提升了约20%和26%,最大冲击载荷提高了约45%。认为:芳纶/玻纤经编复合材料具有更好的力学性能,可替代玻纤经编复合材料用于工程领域。Mechanical property of biaxial warp knitted composite material with aramid/glass fiber hybrid fibers were studied.Aramid/glass fiber hybrid fiber biaxial warp knitted fabric was taken as enhanceosome.№1-695-3K A epoxy resin was mixed with№1-695-3K B curing agent.The composite material were made based on vacuumassisted resin transfer molding technology,and compared with glass fiber warp knitting composite material under the same state.The difference between the two kinds of composite material were studied in terms of tensile property,flexural property and low-speed impact property.The results showed that compared with glass fiber warp knitted composite material,the tensile and flexural strength of the aramid/glass fiber warp knitted composite material along yarn loading direction were increased about 20%and 26%respectively,and the maximum impact load was increased about 45%.It is considered that aramid/glass fiber warp knitted composite material have better mechanical property and can replace glass fiber warp knitted composite material in engineering application.
