摘 要:探讨ASTM F1959/F1959M⁃22与IEC 61482⁃1⁃1:2019中关于防电弧纺织材料电弧防护等级测试的差异。两个标准主要在传感器工作温度、正式试验前的暴露电弧能量值裸测校准试验判定方法以及监控传感器距电弧电极中心线的半径距离设置3方面存在差异。通过相关针对性的试验,详细对比分析了3方面差异的原因,并给出了相关建议。认为:在传感器的初始工作温度和温度上限方面,ASTM F1959/F1959M⁃22的设定更合理;在正式试验前的暴露电弧能量值裸测校准试验判定方法方面,IEC 61482⁃1⁃1:2019的判定方法存在不合理性,建议采用ASTM F1959/F1959M⁃22中的判定方法;在监控传感器距电弧电极中心线的半径距离r_(2)的设置条件方面,ASTM F1959/F1959M⁃22对r_(2)换挡条件设置更合理,更有利于提高试验结果的准确性。Differences of arc resistant textile materials arc protection grade in ASTM F1959/F1959M-22 and IEC 61482-1-1:2019 were studied.There were three differences in the two standards mainly in the sensor operating temperature,determination method of naked calibration test for exposed arc energy value before formal test and monitoring sensor from the arc electrode centerline of the radius of the distance set.Through the relevant targeted experiments,the reasons for the differences in the three aspects were analyzed in detail and the relevant suggestions were given.It is considered that in aspect of initial operating temperature and upper temperature limit of the sensor setting of ASTM F1959/F1959M-22 is more reasonable.In aspect of determination method of naked calibration test for exposed arc energy value before formal test,it is unreasonable for the determination method in IEC 61482-1-1:2019,the determination method in ASTM F1959/F1959M-22 is recommended.In terms of setting conditions for monitoring the radius distance r_(2) of the sensor from the centerline of the arc electrode,ASTM F1959/F1959M-22 is more reasonable for setting the r_(2) shift conditions,which is more conductive to improve the accuracy of the test results.
