预制小箱梁施工技术在特大桥梁引桥工程中的应用研究

摘　　要：文章结合具体工程实例,对特大桥梁引桥施工中预制小箱梁施工中的相关技术要点进行了分析研究,包括工程设计、底模清理和施工放样、侧模及端模拼装、绑扎底腹板钢筋、预应力管道安装、模板安装、梁体混凝土浇筑、拆模及养护、穿束张拉及压浆、移梁存梁等关键步骤,以供类似工程参考借鉴。Based on specific engineering examples,this article analyzes and studies the relevant technical points in the construction of prefabricated small box girders in the approach bridge of a super large bridge,including engineering design,bottom formwork cleaning and construction layout,side formwork and end formwork assembly,binding of bottom web reinforcement,installation of prestressed pipelines,formwork installation,pouring of beam concrete,demoulding and maintenance,tensioning and grouting through beams,and beam storage,For reference and reference in similar projects.
