摘  要:海上油气田低渗储量占比大,产量递减快,酸压改造是海上低渗油气田主要增产措施,但是对于已投产井实施动管柱酸压作业,存在施工工艺复杂、作业周期长、费用高、压井洗井作业易引起新的污染问题。通过优选复合有机酸,实现深部酸化改造,保护储层及提高渗流通道;发明井口保护装置,隔离井口采油树,避免与酸液接触;针对海上各层甲板作业环境,优化酸压管柱流程,形成了海上油气井不动管柱酸压工艺。该酸压工艺在海上多口井中实施不动管柱酸压工艺,增产效果显著,为海上低渗储层开发酸压改造提供了技术指导。The proportion of low-permeability reserves in oil and gas fields offshore is large,and production is decreasing rapidly.Acidizing transformation is the main production increase measure for low-permeability oil and gas fields offshore.However,there are problems such as complex construction processes,long operation cycles,high costs,and new pollution caused by well killing and washing operations for wells that have already been put into production.Deep acidizing transformation can be achieved to protect reservoirs and improve permeability channels by optimizing composite organic acids.Isolating wellhead Christmas trees and avoiding contact with acid liquids by inventing wellhead protection devices.In response to the operational environment of various decks on the sea,an acidizing transformation process for immovable pipes in oil and gas wells offshore is formed by optimizing the acid fracturing process.This acid fracturing process has been implemented in multiple offshore wells with immobile string acidizing,resulting in significant production increase.It provides technical guidance for the acidizing transformation of low-permeability reservoirs offshore.
