摘 要:本文以某高层住宅为例,探究了基坑开挖技术和高压旋喷桩支护技术的应用。在土方开挖完成后,需要及时支护以防临空面出现滑塌事故,本工程中选用了高压旋喷桩支护技术,将喷射管放入钻孔中,连接高压旋喷桩机后喷射水泥浆液,通过旋转喷嘴的方式让水泥浆液高速冲击、切割土体,形成水泥混合物,干固后既可以取得支护加固的效果,同时又能增强防渗能力,为基坑作业的安全进行以及高层建筑上部结构施工创造了有利条件。This paper takes a high-rise residential building as an example to explore the application of foundation pit excavation technology and high-pressure jet grouting pile support technology.After the completion of earthwork excavation,timely support is needed to prevent the collapse of the free surface.In this project,high-pressure rotary jet pile support technology is selected.The jet pipe is put into the drilling hole,and the high-pressure rotary jet pile machine is connected to spray cement slurry,and the cement slurry can impact and cut the soil at high speed through the rotating nozzle to form cement mixture.At the same time,it can enhance the anti-seepage ability,and create favorable conditions for the safety of foundation pit operation and the construction of the superstructure of high-rise buildings.
