摘 要:天阿机组在运行过程中,易出现集电环打火的故障问题,影响水电机组安全、稳定的运行,同时存在一定的安全隐患。基于此,本研究以峡江发电有限公司(9×40 MW)水电机组工程为例,分析集电环打火故障现行的处理方法,并提出有效可行的改进思路,分别探究在线研磨装置、可视化刷架及智能化技术应用等方法改进天阿机组集电环打火问题及处理方法的效能及作用,丰富相关研究理论。During the operation of Tian'a units,it is easy to encounter the problem of collector ring ignition,which affects the safe and stable operation of hydroelectric units,and also poses certain safety hazards.Based on this,this study takes Xiajiang Power Generation Co.,Ltd.9×Taking the 40MW hydropower unit project as an example,this paper analyzes the current treatment methods for collector ring ignition faults and proposes effective and feasible improvement ideas.It explores the effectiveness and role of online grinding devices,visual brush racks,and intelligent technology applications to improve the collector ring ignition problem and treatment methods of Tian'a units,enriching relevant research theories.
