电石乙炔法制取聚氯乙烯生产工艺分析

摘　　要：本文为进一步提升聚氯乙烯生产质量,将基于电石乙炔法,对其关键生产工艺进行研究,包括电石乙炔法的反应过程、喷淋冷却塔生产参数、混合器工艺设定等。之后文章基于电石乙炔法的生产工艺内容总结了该工艺中的主要节能生产技术措施,如乙炔车间节能措施、聚合车间节能思路等,并对其改造方案展开研究,希望为提升聚氯乙烯生产质量奠定基础。In order to further improve the production quality of PVC,this paper will study the key production process based on calcium carbide acetylene method,including the reaction process of calcium carbide acetylene method,the production parameters of spray cooling tower,the mixer process setting,etc.Later,based on the production process of calcium carbide acetylene method,this paper summarizes the main energy saving production technical measures in the process,such as the energy saving measures and the energy saving ideas of the polymer workshop,and studies the transformation scheme,hoping to lay a foundation for improving the production quality of PVC.
