摘 要:为提高发动机的性能与运行平稳性,本文以某三缸发动机为研究对象,采用Excite Designer软件进行建模仿真,重点关注平衡轴系统的设计与实现,并深入探讨配重块尺寸公差对平衡率的影响。首先对建模仿真软件进行介绍;其次,详细阐述平衡轴系统模型;接着,对平衡轴与配重块尺寸公差进行设计;最后,深入研究与探索了配重偏移对平衡率的影响。通过建模仿真,得出配重块尺寸公差对平衡轴系统性能的影响规律,为汽车发动机设计与优化提供有益的指导与参考。In order to improve the performance and running stability of the engine,this paper takes a three-cylinder engine as the research object,uses Excite Designer software to model and simulate,focuses on the design and implementation of the balance shaft system,and deeply discusses the influence of the dimensional tolerance of the counterweight on the balance rate.Firstly,the modeling and simulation software is introduced.Secondly,the balance shaft system model is described in detail.Thirdly,the balance shaft and balance weight tolerance are designed.Finally,the influence of balance weight offset on balance rate is deeply studied and explored.Through modeling and simulation,the influence law of the size tolerance of the counterweight on the performance of the balance shaft system is obtained,which provides useful guidance and reference for the design and optimization of automobile engine.
