摘 要:为深入研究回填土边坡工程中原始坡体土层含水丰富的排水方案,依托张尚高速公路边坡排水工程,提出了一种回填土边坡排水装置及施工方法:排水装置由排水管、排水预制件和连接件组成;原始坡体岩土层排水管侧壁设置排水孔,管体和端部包裹反滤土工布;原坡体表面处理后,在原坡体上回填土层并压实。开挖坡体排水孔,并依次安装排水管、预制件连接件和预制件;回填土层排水预制件采用铁矿石尾砂、水、胶凝材料按一定配比制作。本文设计的排水装置的降排水效果良好,且利用矿山固废材料制作排水预制件代替常用的PVC排水管,具有低碳、服务期长等优点。研究结果可为相同条件下边坡排水治理提供参考。In order to deeply study the drainage scheme for water-rich soil layer of the original slope body in the backfill slope project,relying on the slope drainage project of Zhangshang Expressway,a backfill slope drainage device and construction method are proposed:the drainage device consists of drainage pipe,drainage prefabricated parts and connecting parts;drainage holes are set on the side wall of the drainage pipe of the rock-soil layer of the original slope body,and the pipe body and end are wrapped with the antifiltering geotextile;after the original surface treatment of the slope body,a After the surface treatment of the original slope,backfill the soil layer on the original slope and compact it.Excavate the slope body drainage hole,and install the drainage pipe,prefabricated connectors and prefabricated parts in turn;backfill soil layer drainage prefabricated parts are made of iron ore tailing sand,water,and cementitious materials according to a certain ratio.The drainage device designed in this paper has a good effect of lowering and draining,and the use of mine solid waste materials to make drainage prefabricated parts instead of the commonly used PVC drainage pipe has the advantages of low carbon and long service period.The results of the study can provide reference for slope drainage management under the same conditions.
