战略规划背景下我国高校图书馆事业发展探析

摘　　要：“双一流”高校是我国教育强国战略重点建设的高校,其图书馆战略规划内容代表了我国高校图书馆对图书馆事业发展的规划与思考。文章选取我国“双一流”高校图书馆的“十四五”战略规划文本作为研究对象,采用科学计量学方法对其进行检索并提取关键词,利用VOSviewer1.6.20对关键词共现矩阵进行聚类和可视化,在此基础上从资源、服务、技术和管理四个领域对高校图书馆的发展规划内容进行了统计并分析,以期为我国图书馆事业的未来发展提供借鉴。“Double First Class”universities are the strategically prioritized institutions for China's strategy of building a powerful country in education,and the content of their library strategic planning represents the planning and thinking of university libraries in China towards the development of librarianship.This article selects the“14th Five Year”strategic planning texts of“Double First Class”university libraries in China as the research objects,employs scientific metrology methods to retrieve and extract keywords,utilizes VOSviewer 1.6.20 to cluster and visualize the co-occurrence matrix of keywords.Based on this,it conducts statistics and analysis of the development planning content of university libraries in four areas:resource,service,technology,and management,aiming to provide reference for the future development of China's librarianship.
