构建生育友好型社会背景下省级公共图书馆配置母婴室的必要性研究

摘　　要：公共场馆配置母婴室已成为构建生育友好型社会的重要一环。文章调查发现我国内地地区省级公共图书馆母婴室配置存在不普遍、不均衡、不标准状况。对此在分析公共图书馆配置母婴室必要性的基础上,提出了完善相关政策法规、从评估定级层面引导、根据图书馆实际情况分类建设等对策,呼吁公共图书馆尽快配置、完善母婴室及相关设施,从而彰显公共图书馆的人文关怀。The provision of breastfeeding rooms in public venues has become an important aspect of building a fertility-friendly society.According to the investigation,the configuration of breastfeeding rooms in provincial public libraries in China's Mainland exhibits a situation of being uncommon,unbalanced,and non-standardized.In response to this,based on an analysis of the necessity of configuring breastfeeding rooms in public libraries,countermeasures such as improving relevant policies and regulations,guiding through evaluation and grading,and constructing breastfeeding rooms based on the actual conditions of libraries have been proposed.The article calls on public libraries to configure and improve breastfeeding rooms and related facilities as soon as possible,thus demonstrating the humanistic care of public libraries.
