摘 要:高比例分布式光伏接入中低压配电网时易造成过电压问题。为解决分布式光伏并网过电压问题,提出一种基于集群划分的分布式预测控制(distributed model predictive control,DMPC)算法控制过电压的并网调压控制策略。通过Shapley值法确定各节点过电压责任计算,结合k-means聚类法实现集群的划分,动态调整光伏发电单元的有功和无功功率,实现区域内电压的稳定。针对多区域间的电压差异,在划分的区域内光伏发电单元的实时功率输出和电压信息结合DMPC算法控制有功与无功输出,引入分组并网调压控制策略。通过光伏发电单元之间的功率调节和电压调节,实现区域之间电压的均衡、分布式光伏系统整体线路的电压稳定。通过仿真实验验证所提分组并网调压控制策略的有效性,结果表明,与传统的集中式控制方法相比,该方法具有较好的调压效果,能够在分布式光伏系统中实现更好的电压调节性能。A high proportion of distributed PV access to the medium and low voltage distribution network is prone to overvoltage.In order to address the distributed PV grid-connected overvoltage,this paper proposes a cluster division-based distributed predictive control(distributed model predictive control,DMPC)algorithm to control the overvoltage grid-connected voltage regulation and control strategy.First,the overvoltage responsibility calculation of each node is determined by the Shapley value method,combined with the k-means clustering method to realize the division of clusters,and the active and reactive power of photovoltaic power generation units are dynamically adjusted to realize the voltage stabilization in the region.Second,for the voltage difference between multiple regions,the real-time power output and voltage information of PV power generation units in the divided region is combined with DMPC algorithm to control the active and reactive power output,and the grouped grid-connected voltage regulation control strategy is introduced.Through the power regulation and voltage regulation between PV generating units,the equalization of voltage between regions and the stabilization of the overall line voltage of the distributed PV system are achieved.Finally,the simulation experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed group grid-connected voltage regulation control strategy.Compared with the traditional centralized control method,this method has better voltage regulation effect and can achieve better voltage regulation performance in distributed PV systems.
