摘 要:液冷具有远高于气冷的冷却能力。近年来,随着信息设备热流密度的不断提高,液冷技术受到广泛的关注。目前信息设备已发展出相变浸没式、单相浸没式、喷淋式、常规水冷板式、温水冷板式、非水冷板式、水冷型热管冷板式和富液相变冷板式等多种形式液冷技术路线。对各液冷技术路线进行了归纳和总结,并对未来的发展趋势进行了探讨,认为各技术路线均在发展过程中,目前还没有终极解决方案。并认为最先建立起产业链和生态圈的技术解决方案将更容易在竞争中胜出,通过标准化工具实现分工与合作的精细化与专业化将是液冷技术发展的必由之路。Liquid cooling has a much higher cooling capacity than the gas cooling.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of heat flux density of information equipment,liquid cooling technology has received widespread attention.At present,information equipment has developed various forms of liquid cooling technology routes,including phase change immersion,single-phase immersion,spray,conventional water-cooled plate,warm water-cooled plate,non water-cooled plate,water-cooled heat pipe cooling plate and rich liquid phase change cooling plate.Various liquid cooling technology routes are summarized,and future development trends are expored.It is believed that each technology route is in the process of development,and there is currently no ultimate solution.And it is believed that the technological solutions that first establish the industrial chain and ecosystem will be easier to win in competition.The refinement and specialization of division of labor and cooperation through standardized tools will be the only way for the development of liquid cooling technology.
