水流量标准装置易损部件维护问题的探讨

摘　　要：水流量标准装置是液体流量测量过程中,量值传递与溯源的有效标准器。水流量标准装置由储水容器、水泵动力系统、稳压系统、配套管路、阀门、标准器和操控系统等关键部件所组成。组成的零部件容易受到外部环境与使用频率的影响,易损部件数量多并且故障率高,影响检测进度和效率。根据日常工作经验,以容积法装置为例,阐述了如何对易损部件进行维护和保养,对于保护安全生产、改进装置工艺和改善生产条件具有重要的现实意义。The water flow standard device is an effective standard for transmitting and tracing quantity values in the process of liquid flow measurement.The water flow standard device consists of key components such as water storage containers,water pump power systems,pressure stabilization systems,supporting pipelines,valves,standard devices and control systems.The components are easily affected by external environment and usage frequency,and the number of vulnerable parts is large and the failure rate is high,which affects the testing progress and efficiency.According to daily working experience,taking the volumetric method device as an example,how to maintain and repair the wearable parts is expounded,which has practical significance for protecting the safety production,improving the process of the device and improving the production conditions.
