清凉作用与舒缓功效之间的关系及表征方法研究

摘　　要：研究了人体皮肤清凉降温作用与舒缓功效之间的关系。通过人体功效实验评价、高温刺激斑马鱼胚胎模型实验,验证了以甲基二异丙基丙酰胺(WS-23)为主的清凉原料的舒缓功效和以植物提取物为主的舒缓原料的清凉降温作用。结果表明,甲基二异丙基丙酰胺具有舒缓功效,胡枝子、四氢胡椒碱、杜仲、柳杉芽中的任意2种具有协同增效的作用;植物提取物类舒缓原料具有清凉降温作用,并且两种植物舒缓原料间具有协同增效作用。The relationship between freshing action and soothing effects on human skin was studied.Through human efficacy evaluation and stimulation zebrafish embryo model by high temperature,the soothing effect of the cooling raw material based on methyl diisopropyl propanamide(WS-23)and the freshing action of the cooling raw material based on plant extract were verified.The results showed that methyl diisopropyl propionamide had soothing effect,and any two kinds of lespedeza capitata leaf/stem extract,tetrahydropiperine,eucommia ulmoides extract and cryptomeria japonica bud extract had synergistic effect.The soothing raw material of plant extract has freshing action and cooling effect.And there is a synergistic effect between the two plant soothing materials.It provides a new idea for the future development of cooling products and soothing products.
