六肽因的抗皱、舒缓效果及其安全性评价

摘　　要：通过体外抗氧化试验、透明质酸酶抑制试验结合人体临床测试评估了六肽因的抗皱、舒缓及安全性。结果显示,六肽因显示出较高的整体体外抗氧化能力,4mg/mL六肽因溶液对ABTS+自由基、DPPH自由基的清除率为92.23%±1.15%、90.24%±1.25%;80mg/mL六肽因溶液对PTIO自由基的清除率为80.29%±2.41%。在舒缓功效评价方面,80mg/mL六肽因溶液对透明质酸酶抑制率为75.00%±6.13%。临床测试结果表明,六肽因具有良好的抗皱、舒缓效果,且未出现1例1级及以上的皮肤不良反应,表明六肽因具有良好的安全性。The anti-wrinkle,soothing effect and safety of hexapeptide compounds were evaluated by in vitro antioxidant test,hyaluronidase inhibition test and human clinical test.The results showed that hexapeptide compounds showed high overall antioxidant+activity,and the scavenging activity of ABTS free radical and DPPH free radical by 4 mg/mL hexapeptide compounds solution were 92.23%±1.15%and 90.24%±1.25%,respectively.The scavenging activity of PTIO free radical by 80 mg/mL hexapeptide compounds solution was 80.29%±2.41%.The inhibition rate of 80 mg/mL hexapeptide compounds on hyaluronidase was 75.00%±6.13%.The clinical test results showed that the hexapeptide compounds had good anti-wrinkle and soothing effect,and no case of grade 1 or above skin adverse reactions occurred,indicating that hexapeptide compounds had good safety.
