摘　　要：介绍了国内外监管机构和研究人员对于化妆品吸入暴露的影响因素研究论述、计算模型建立等,对粉体化妆品、喷雾化妆品吸入暴露风险评估要点及法规监管现状、毒理学关注阈值法在吸入暴露评估研究近况进行了阐述。展望了化妆品安全评估的发展需求,为化妆品安全评估从业人员提供吸入暴露评估思路及框架体系。It introduces the research and discussion on the influencing factors of inhalation exposure of cosmetics by domestic and foreign regulators and researchers,and the establishment of calculation models.The key points of inhalation exposure risk assessment of powder cosmetics and spray cosmetics,the current status of regulations and supervision,and the recent research status of threshold of toxicological concern method in inhalation exposure assessment are described.The development needs of scientific and comprehensive cosmetic safety assessment are prospected,and the ideas and framework of inhalation exposure assessment are provided for cosmetic safety assessment practitioners.
