摘 要:本研究针对村镇生活污水低碳氮比导致碳源不足、硝化-反硝化工艺动能不足、脱氮难度高导致脱氮效果不理想的问题,通过设计搭建膜曝气生物反应器(MABR)与传统AO工艺的耦合工艺系统,对村镇进水条件下的挂膜启动,处理低碳氮比(COD/TN为4、3、2、1、0.5)污水,并对两种活性污泥的生物多样性检测分析。结果表明,MABR挂膜周期约30天,系统达到较为稳定的污染物去除效果;在低碳氮比进水条件下,MABR-AO耦合工艺比AO工艺有更好的脱氮能力,总氮(TN)平均去除率相比AO工艺提高17.9%;MABR生物膜中OUTs更高,且脱氮类微生物占比高于AO工艺活性污泥,是脱氮能力更强的主要原因。该工艺运维简单,低碳氮比条件下总氮去除能力较强。In order to solve the problems of insufficient carbon source,limited kinetic energy of nitrification-denitrification process and high difficulty of denitrification from low carbon-to-nitrogen(C∕N)ratios in domestic sewage from villages and towns,the coupling process system of membrane aeration bioreactor(MABR)and traditional AO process was designed and established in this study.This system was utilized to initiate biofilm formation under the inlet conditions typical of villages and towns,treat sewage with low C∕N ratios(COD∕TN ratios of 4,3,2,1 and 0.5),and analyze the biodiversity of the activated sludge from both processes.The results indicate that the MABR biofilm formation cycle lasts approximately 30 days,during which the system achieves a relatively stable pollutant removal efficiency.Compared to the AO process,the MABR-AO coupled process exhibits superior nitrogen removal capacity under low C∕N ratio conditions,with an average total nitrogen(TN)removal rate improved by 17.9%.Furthermore,the MABR biofilm demonstrates a higher abundance of operational taxonomic units(OUTs)and a greater proportion of denitrifying microorganisms compared to the AO process activated sludge,accounting for its stronger denitrification capacity.This process is straightforward to operate and maintain,and demonstrates robust total nitrogen removal capacity under low C∕N ratio conditions.
