摘 要:TBM施工技术应用于隧洞开挖,技术上已经成熟,并广泛应用于深埋长大隧洞施工中。影响隧洞TBM施工的因素基本清楚,一般认为穿越浅埋河谷段隧洞采用TBM施工容易发生围岩塌方、涌水事故,不适宜采用TBM施工。为了研究浅埋河谷段TBM施工适宜性,通过两个典型的穿越浅埋河谷段隧洞TBM施工的工程实例,对比详细的工程地质条件,分析塌方的原因,进行TBM施工适宜性分析,结果表明,隧洞上覆弱风化岩体大于1倍洞径段进行适当的工程处理后,采用TBM施工是适宜性的。TBM construction technology has been applied to tunnel excavation,which is technically mature and widely used in the construction of deep buried long tunnel.The factors affecting TBM construction of tunnel are basically clear.It is generally believed that TBM construction of tunnel through shallow buried river valley is easy to cause surrounding rock collapse and water gushing accidents,so TBM construction is not suitable.In order to study the TBM construction suitability of shallow buried valley section,two typical engineering examples of TBM construction of tunnels passing through shallow buried valley section were used to compare the detailed engineering geological conditions,analyze the causes of landslides,and carry out TBM construction suitability analysis.The results show that after proper engineering treatment of the section covered by weakly weathered rock mass greater than 1 times the diameter of the tunnel,TBM construction is suitable.
