摘  要:在某大型枢纽船闸输水廊道施工过程中,提出了一种具有施工速度快,浇筑后的廊道尺寸精准、通用性强、周转次数高、施工成本低、安全系数高等优点的船闸输水廊道移动式模板支架系统,对传统台车结构进行优化,使其更加适宜不同尺寸船闸输水廊道、达到简化施工工序,减少耗材,收缩工期的效果,加快了现场施工速度,确保施工进度满足计划要求,可在类似工程施工中推广应用。During the construction process of a hub lock water transmission corridor,a mobile formwork for ship lock water conveyance corridor,which has the advantages of fast construction speed,accurate corridor size after pouring,strong versatility,high turnover times,low construction cost and high safety factor.The bracket system optimizes the structure of the traditional trolley,making it more suitable for ship lock water conveyance corridors of different sizes,to simplify the construction process,reduce consumables,shorten the construction period,speed up the on-site construction speed,and ensure that the construction progress meets the planned requirements.Popularize and apply in similar engineering construction.
