摘 要:通过热模拟实验研究了挤压态WE71镁合金在变形温度为653~773 K、应变速率为0.001~1 s^(-1)条件下的热压缩变形行为,并采用EBSD对热加工图中的失稳区和可加工区的微观组织、动态再结晶过程进行了分析。结果表明,WE71镁合金属于正应变速率敏感材料,峰值应力随变形温度的升高逐渐下降,随应变速率的增大逐渐升高;在653 K和0.1 s^(-1)条件下开始发生动态再结晶,随着应变速率的降低,动态再结晶分数增加且平均晶粒尺寸减小,随着变形温度的增加,动态再结晶分数增加,但变形温度过高会使平均晶粒尺寸有所增大。挤压态WE71镁合金的变形失稳区主要为低温、高应变速率条件,最佳热加工工艺条件为733 K≤T≤773 K,0.001 s^(-1)≤ε·≤0.01 s^(-1)。The hot compression deformation behaviors of extruded WE71 magnesium alloy at deformation temperatures of 653-773 K and strain rates of 0.001-1 s^(-1) were investigated by hot simulation tests,and the microstructure,dynamic recrystallization process of instability zone and processable zone in hot processing map were analyzed using EBSD.The results show that extruded WE71 magnesium alloy has a positive strain rate sensitivity,and the peak stress decreases with the increase of deformation temperature,and increases with the increase of strain rate.The dynamic recrystallization occurs under the condition of 653 K and 0.1 s^(-1).With the decrease of strain rate,the dynamic recrystallization fraction increases and the average grain size decreases.With the increase of deformation temperature,the dynamic recrystallization fraction increases,but too high deformation temperature can increase the average grain size.For extruded WE71 magnesium alloy,thermal processing in low temperature and high strain region should be avoided.The optimum hot processing conditions are given:733 K≤T≤773 K,0.001 s^(-1)≤ε·≤0.01 s^(-1).
