摘　　要：目的 研究心电散点图在动态心电图中对心律失常的诊断价值。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年6月于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院心血管内科门诊和住院患者共300人,临床确诊为心律失常,所有患者采用心电散点图诊断方法,比较心电散点图在心律失常患者中的诊断准确率和敏感度等。结果 所有患者均完成心电散点图检查,与临床诊断结果对比,心电散点图对心律失常检出率为99.33%。所有心律失常患者完成心电散点图检查,斜率比较结果为,室性期前收缩斜率0.11±0.04,室上性期前收缩斜率0.47±0.11,心房颤动斜率0.40±0.06,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对300例心律失常的患者都采用了心电散点图检测,诊断结果为心电散点图的诊断敏感度高达99.33%(298/300)。结论 心律失常疾病诊断中采用心电散点图即提高了诊断的准确率又提高了诊断效率,为医师治疗奠定了坚实的基础,应用效果好,且价值高。Objective To study the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram(ECG) scatter plot in dynamic ECG for arrhythmias.Methods A total of 300 outpatients and inpatients of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected from January 2022 to June 2023,who were clinically diagnosed with arrhythmia,and all of them were diagnosed with ECG scatter plot,and the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of ECG scatter plot were compared among patients with arrhythmia.Results All patients completed ECG scatter plot examination,and the detection rate of arrhythmia by ECG scatter plot was 99.33% compared with the clinical diagnosis.All patients with arrhythmia completed ECG scatter plot examination,and the results of slope comparison were 0.11±0.04 for premature ventricular beats,0.47±0.11 for supraventricular premature beats,and 0.40±0.06 for atrial fibrillation,and the difference between the comparisons was statistically significant(P<0.05).All 300 patients with arrhythmia were tested with ECG scatter plot,and the diagnostic result was that the diagnostic sensitivity of ECG scatter plot was as high as 99.33%(298/300).Conclusions The use of ECG scatter plot in the diagnosis of arrhythmia disease improves the diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic efficiency,and lays a solid foundation for the treatment of physicians,with good application effect and high value.
