细节化病区护理流程管理应用于ICU医院感染控制管理中的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨细节化病区护理流程管理应用于ICU医院感染控制管理中的效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月我院ICU患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(40例)给予常规ICU护理,观察组(40例)给予细节化病区护理流程管理,观察两组的感染率、护理人员护理质量及患者管理满意度。结果 观察组与对照组感染率对比无统计学意义(2.50%vs.7.50%,P=0.305)。观察组消毒隔离管理、病房环境管理、安全管理及工作效率评分均较对照组高(均P <0.05)。观察组患者管理满意度高于对照组(97.50%vs.80.00%,P=0.034)。结论 细节化病区护理流程管理应用于ICU医院感染控制管理可有效降低其感染事件发生率,提高护理人员护理质量及管理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of detailing ward nursing process management applied in ICU hospital infection control management.Methods A total of 80 cases of ICU patients in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study object,grouped according to the random number table method,the control group(n=40) was given conventional ICU care,and the observation group(n=40) was given detailing ward nursing process management,to observe the infection rate,nursing quality of nursing staff care and patient management satisfaction of the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in the comparison of infection rate between observation group and control group(2.50% vs.7.50%,P=0.305).Disinfection and isolation management,ward environment management,safety management and work efficiency scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Patient management satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group(97.50% vs.80.00%,P=0.034).Conclusions Detailed ward nursing process management applied to ICU hospital infection control management can effectively reduce the incidence of infection,improve the quality of nursing care and management satisfaction.
