疼痛分级护理干预对骨盆骨折手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨对骨盆骨折患者实施疼痛分级护理干预的效果。方法 选取2022年3月至2023年3月我院骨科收治的骨盆骨折患者70例,根据入院顺序分为对照组(35例)和试验组(35例),分别实施常规护理和疼痛分级护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果 护理后,试验组疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05);试验组术后排气时间、下床时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);试验组血清P物质(SP)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、神经肽Y(NPY)水平均低于对照组(P <0.05);试验组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组并发症率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对骨盆骨折手术患者实施疼痛分级护理干预的效果显著,可减轻机体疼痛应激水平及疼痛程度,可为术后恢复创建理想条件,对降低并发症风险、提高患者满意度具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of pain grading nursing intervention on patients with pelvic fracture.Methods A total of 70 patients with pelvic fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(35 patients) and the experimental group(35 patients) according to the order of admission to the hospital,and the conventional nursing and pain grading nursing interventions were implemented respectively,comparing the effect of nursing care in the two groups.Results After nursing care,the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative ventilating time,getting out of bed time,fracture healing time and hospitalisation time of the experimental group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum substance P(SP),prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2) and neuropeptide Y(NPY) in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the nursing care satisfaction score in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of pain grading nursing intervention on pelvic fracture surgery patients is remarkable,which can reduce the level of pain stress and pain,create ideal conditions for postoperative recovery,and is of great significance in reducing the risk of complications and improving patient satisfaction.
