支撑喉镜下激光切除术治疗声带息肉患者的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的 分析支撑喉镜下激光切除术治疗声带息肉患者的疗效及安全性。方法 选取我院自2021年3月至2023年1月收治的声带息肉患者74例,根据手术方法不同分为两组,各37例,观察组采取支撑喉镜下激光切除术治疗,对照组采取支撑喉镜下切除术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后并发症、手术时间,并比较两组治疗前后嗓音声学水平。结果 观察组临床总有效率比对照组更高(97.30%vs.83.78%,P <0.05)。观察组并发症发生率比对照组更低(2.70%vs.18.92%,P <0.05)。观察组手术时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者术后嗓音能量、和谐噪比水平优于术前,且观察组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 经研究发现声带息肉患者选择支撑喉镜下激光切除术进行治疗,可提高临床疗效,缩短手术时间,减少并发症发生,改善术后嗓音声学的恢复。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of laser resection under supported laryngoscope on patients with vocal cord polyps.Methods A total of 74 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were divided into two groups by numerical table randomization method.The observation group(n=37) received laser resection under supportive laryngoscope,and the control group(n=37) received laser resection under supportive laryngoscope.The clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and operation time of the two groups were compared.The acoustic level of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(97.30% vs.83.78%,P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(2.70% vs.18.92%,P<0.05).The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The level of voice energy and harmonious noise ratio in the two groups after surgery was better than that before surgery,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions It is found that laser resection under supportive laryngoscope can improve the clinical effect,shorten the operation time,reduce complications and improve the acoustic recovery of vocal cord polyps.
