摘　　要：目的 探讨喉切除术的手术配合要点及护理分析。方法 选取2018年6月至2023年6月大连理工大学附属中心医院进行喉切除患者42例。按随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组,每组21例,分别给予常规护理和综合手术配合及护理。对比两组患者的手术情况及护理满意度。结果 干预组手术时间、麻醉苏醒时间较对照组短,术中出血量小较对照组小(均P <0.05)。干预组护理满意度较对照组更高(100%vs.76.19%,P=0.017)。结论 对喉切除患者采取综合护理干预,可改善患者的手术情况,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the key points of surgical cooperation and nursing analysis of laryngectomy.Methods A total of 42 patients who underwent laryngectomy from June 2018 to June 2023 at the Central Hospital of Dalian University of Technology were selected.They were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to the random number table method,with 21 cases in each group,and were given conventional care and comprehensive surgical cooperation and care respectively.Compare the operation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The operation time and anaesthesia awakening time of the intervention group were shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was smaller than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was higher in the intervention group than in the control group(100% vs.76.19%,P=0.017).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing interventions for laryngectomy patients can improve the operation of patients and increase patient satisfaction.
