摘　　要：目的 探讨手术室规范化整体护理在甲状腺手术患者围手术期的应用价值。方法 收集2022年1月至2023年12月我院收治的甲状腺手术患者资料,筛选出其中符合条件者共86例作为研究对象,按入院顺序分为两组,对照组和观察组各43例,分别行常规护理模式及手术室规范化整体护理模式。对比两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及护理满意度。结果 术前,两组HAMA、HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均较术前降低,且观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 手术室规范化整体护理模式在甲状腺手术患者围手术期的效果优于常规护理,能减轻负面情绪,提升满意度。Objective To explore the application value of standardized holistic nursing in the operating room in the perioperative period of thyroid surgery patients.Methods The data of thyroid surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were collected,and a total of 86 eligible cases were screened out as the study subjects,which were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 43 cases in each of the control group and the observation group,and were subjected to the conventional nursing care mode and standardized holistic nursing care mode in the operating room,respectively.The two groups were compared in terms of Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)scores and nursing satisfaction.Results Preoperatively,the difference between the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);postoperatively,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before surgery,and the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The standardized holistic care model in the operating room is better than conventional care in the perioperative period of patients undergoing thyroid surgery,reduces negative emotions and improves satisfaction.
