苓甘五味姜辛汤与盐酸氨溴索联合治疗对老年肺炎寒饮型咳嗽患者的症状改善及复发的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析苓甘五味姜辛汤与盐酸氨溴索联合治疗对老年肺炎寒饮型咳嗽患者的症状根治及复发的影响。方法 选取2021年5月至2023年6月南平市人民医院收治的66例老年肺炎寒饮型咳嗽患者,按随机数字表法将其分入观察组(33例)和对照组(33例),对照组患者采用盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组患者应用苓甘五味姜辛汤与盐酸氨溴索联合治疗。比较两组老年肺炎寒饮型咳嗽患者治愈率、治疗总有效率、治疗期间不良反应发生情况、复发率以及治疗前后肺功能水平改善情况。结果 两组老年肺炎寒饮型咳嗽患者治疗前用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、最大呼气峰流量等肺功能水平相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组肺功能水平均得到改善,且观察组老年寒饮型肺炎咳嗽患者改善水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组老年肺炎咳嗽患者不良反应发生率、复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组治愈率、治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苓甘五味姜辛汤与盐酸氨溴索联合治疗老年肺炎寒饮型咳嗽具有良好的症状根治效果,并有利于降低复发率和不良反应发生率,改善患者的肺功能。Objective To analyze the effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on the radical treatment and recurrence of symptoms in elderly patients with pneumonia and cold-drinking type cough.Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with pneumonia and cold-drinking cough treated in Nanping People's Hospital of Fujian Province from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=33) and control group(n=33) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with ambroxol hydrochloride.The cure rate,total effective rate,occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment,recurrence rate and improvement of lung function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistical differences in the pulmonary function levels of the two groups before treatment,forced expiratory volume/forced expiratory volume in the first second and maximum expiratory peak flow(P>0.05),and the pulmonary function levels of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement level of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the cure rate and total treatment effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of senile pneumonia cold-drinking cough has a good curative effect,and is beneficial to reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the lung function of patients.
