分工定位抢救配合在急诊急救护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的 研究分工定位抢救配合的急诊急救护理改善患者抢救效率及医护配合度的效果。方法 回顾性纳入我院急诊科2022年10月至2023年9月收治的90例患者,其中在实施常规急诊急救护理模式阶段收治的45例病例纳入对照组,在实施改良后分工定位抢救配合的急诊急救护理模式阶段收治的45例病例纳入研究组。比较两组的抢救效率医护配合度和抢救成功率。结果 研究组疾病确诊时间、开始抢救时间和抢救治疗用时均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组医护配合度各维度(配合流畅性、操作速度、处置准确性、配合效果)评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在急诊急救护理中采取分工定位抢救配合的工作模式,能有效提升患者的抢救效率和医护配合度,进而提升抢救成功率。Objective To study the effect of division of labor positioning resuscitation cooperation of emergency care to improve the efficiency of patient resuscitation and medical and nursing cooperation.Methods The retrospective analysis method was adopted,and the study cases were patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from October 2022 to September 2023,and a total of 90 cases were included in the study,of which 45 cases admitted in the stage of implementing the conventional emergency emergency care model were included in the control group,and 45 cases admitted in the stage of implementing the improved emergency emergency care model of division of labor positioning resuscitation cooperation were included in the study group.Study group.Resuscitation efficiency,medical and nursing cooperation,and resuscitation success rate were compared between the two groups.Results The study group's time to diagnosis,time to start resuscitation,and time spent on resuscitation treatment were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of medical and nursing cooperation(fluency of cooperation,speed of operation,accuracy of disposition,and effect of cooperation) and the total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The resuscitation success rate was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting the work mode of division of labor and positioning of resuscitation and cooperation in emergency care can effectively improve the resuscitation efficiency of patients and the degree of cooperation between doctors and nurses,and then improve the success rate of resuscitation.
