临床护理路径在围手术期治疗患儿扁桃体伴腺样体肥大中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 分析扁桃体伴腺样体肥大患儿实施临床护理路径时的效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2021年11月本院收治的扁桃体伴腺样体肥大患儿150例,运用“掷骰子法”将其平分为对照组(75例)和观察组(75例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,比对两组满意率、护理质量、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组满意率高于对照组(97.33%vs.88.00%,P=0.028)。观察组疼痛程度较对照组轻,白膜脱落时间、张口呼吸睡眠时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(4.00%vs.16.00%,P=0.014)。结论 在扁桃体伴腺样体肥大患儿中,实施临床护理路径可以显著提升患者的满意度与护理质量,同时改善手术成效。Objective To analyse the effect of the clinical nursing pathway when implemented in children with tonsil with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods A total of 150 children with enlarged tonsils and adenoids admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to November 2021 were selected and divided equally into the control group(n=75) and the observation group(n=75) by using the "dice rolling method".The control group implemented routine care,and the observation group implemented clinical care pathway,and compared the satisfaction rate,quality of care,and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.33% vs.88.00%,P=0.028).The degree of pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the time of leucorrhoea shedding and open-mouth breathing sleep time were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group(4.00% vs.16.00%,P=0.014).Conclusions In children with tonsils with adenoid hypertrophy,the implementation of clinical care pathway can significantly enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care,as well as improve surgical outcomes.
