复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗湿疹患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗湿疹患者的效果。方法:选取2020年10月至2023年8月该院收治的80例湿疹患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组外用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后皮损程度[湿疹面积和严重程度指数(EASI)]、瘙痒程度评分,不良反应发生率,以及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%(36/40),高于对照组的72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组EASI、瘙痒程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月,观察组复发率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗湿疹患者效果确切,可加快皮损消退,减轻瘙痒程度,降低复发率,效果优于单用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗。Objective:To observe effects of compound Glycyrrhizin capsules combined with Mometasone furoate cream in treatment of Eczema.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with eczema admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to August 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mometasone furoate cream for external use,while the observation group was treated with compound Glycyrrhizin capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the skin lesions[eczema area and severity index(EASI)]and the pruritus scores before and after the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than 72.50%(29/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of EASI and pruritus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compound Glycyrrhizin capsules combined with Mometasone furoate cream is effective in the treatment of eczema,which can accelerate the regression of skin lesions,reduce the pruritus degree,and reduce the recurrence rate.Moreover,it is superior to single Mometasone furoate cream treatment.
