摘　　要：笔帖式是清代地方政府正式的文书档案职官,本文通过对《黑图档》记载的有关笔帖式的内容进行详细梳理,进而对笔帖式的铨选与任用、考核与升迁、告假与离任等方面进行初步考察,全面展现笔帖式这一档案职官的管理形式。Bi-Tie-Shi is the official clerical worker and archivist of the Qing Dynasty local governments.We studied and sorted the content of Bi-Tie-Shi recorded from Hetu Dangse in detail,inspected its selection and appointment,assessment and promotion,leave and resignation,which is beneficial for us to have a comprehensive understanding of the little-known but indispensable local officials.
