摘 要:为探讨高职应届毕业生社会支持对择业焦虑的影响,以及心理弹性在二者之间的中介作用,本研究采用社会支持评定量表、自我弹性量表、高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷,对205名高职应届毕业生进行了问卷调查。结果显示:1.社会支持与心理弹性呈显著正相关,同时与择业焦虑呈显著负相关;2.社会支持和心理弹性均能对择业焦虑水平产生显著的负向预测作用;3.社会支持可以通过心理弹性来预测择业焦虑水平,即心理弹性在社会支持和择业焦虑之间起到了完全中介的作用。因此,提高社会支持与心理弹性水平,对于改善高职应届毕业生的择业焦虑具有积极的影响。To explore the impact of social support on career choice anxiety among vocational college graduates and the mediating role of psychological resilience in this relationship,this study utilized the Social Support Rating Scale,Self-Resilience Scale,and a Career Choice Anxiety Questionnaire for College Graduates.A survey was conducted with 205 vocational college graduates.The results show:1.Social support is significantly positively correlated with psychological resilience and negatively correlated with career choice anxiety;2.Both social support and psychological resilience can significantly negatively predict the level of career choice anxiety;3.Social support can predict the level of career choice anxiety through psychological resilience,wherein psychological resilience plays a full mediating role between social support and career choice anxiety.Therefore,enhancing levels of social support and psychological resilience has a positive effect on alleviating career choice anxiety among vocational college graduates.
