摘  要:肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)是一种由肺炎支原体(MP)感染所导致的呼吸道疾病,由于其早期临床症状不明显、影像学表现不典型,容易与其他类型肺炎混淆,诊断常常存在误差和延迟。此外,临床上常用的生物标志物也存在一定局限,因此,寻找与MPP相关的新型生物标志物成为儿科学者的研究重点。相关学者通过代谢组学相关技术研究发现MPP患儿血清中的脂质、糖类、氨基酸等代谢通路以及代谢物水平发生明显变化,本综述将对以上代谢物的改变与MPP之间的关联作一详细介绍。Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)is a respiratory disease caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection.As its early clinical symptoms are not obvious and its imaging findings are not typical,it is easy to be confused with other types of pneumonia,and the diagnosis is often inaccurate and delayed.In addition,the commonly used biomarkers in clinical practice also have certain limitations.The search for novel biomarkers related to MPP has become the research focus of pediatricians.Relevant scholars have found significant changes in lipid,carbohydrate,amino acid and other metabolic pathways and metabolite levels in the serum of children with MPP through metabolomic technology studies.This review will provide a detailed introduction to the correlation between the changes of the above metabolites and MPP.
