连花清瘟颗粒联合帕拉米韦治疗儿童流感病毒肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童流感病毒肺炎的有效治疗方案。方法:选取我院2021年10月-2022年10月收治的流感病毒肺炎患儿100例,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组实施帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗,而观察组给予连花清瘟颗粒口服联合帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗。比较两组患儿主要临床症状缓解时间、血清炎症因子、免疫因子水平以及临床疗效。结果:观察组发热、咳嗽咳痰、咽痛、流鼻涕、喘息以及肺部湿啰音缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6及CD8^(+)水平均低于照组(P<0.05);IgA、IgG及CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%,P<0.05)。结论:连花清瘟颗粒联合帕拉米韦可以有效缓解流感病毒肺炎患儿的临床症状,减轻炎症反应,增强免疫力。Objective:To probe into the effective treatment of influenza virus pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 100 children with influenza virus pneumonia admitted into our hospital from Oct.2021 to Oct.2022 were extracted to be divided into the observation group and control group via the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with peramivir sodium chloride injection,while the observation group received oral Lianhua Qingwen granules combined with peramivir sodium chloride injection.The main clinical symptom remission time,serum inflammatory factors,immune factors and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results:The remission time of fever,cough,sputum,sore throat,running nose,wheezing and lung moist rale in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-6 and CD8+in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%,higher than 84.00%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lianhua Qingwen granules combined with peramivir can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with influenza virus pneumonia,reduce inflammation and improve immunity.
