紫花地丁活性成分、药理作用及其在畜禽生产方面的应用前景

摘　　要：紫花地丁作为我国传统的药食同源的多年生草本植物,主治目赤肿痛、疔疮肿毒、乳房炎、毒蛇咬伤的疾病,内含丰富的黄酮苷类、香豆素类化合物,具有抗炎抗菌,抗病毒等多种药理活性。本文主要就近年来国内外对紫花地丁的物质基础及应用于畜禽生产上的研究成果进行综述,为下一步提取紫花地丁有效成分以及用于家禽养殖创新用药的试验研究、开发和利用提供参考依据。Viola yedoensis Makino,as a traditional Chinese medicine and food homologous perennial herb,is mainly used to treat conjunctival congestion,furuncle,mastitis and snakebite,and is rich in flavonoid glycosides and coumarin compounds,which have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral and other pharmacological activities.This paper mainly reviews the research results on the material basis and application of Viola yedoensis Makino in livestock and poultry production at home and abroad in recent years,and provides a reference basis for the next step of extracting the active ingredients of Viola yedoensis Makino as well as for the experimental research,development and utilization of innovative medicines for poultry breeding.
