我国男子单杠技术动作特征分析——以2023年全国体操锦标赛为例

摘　　要：近年来,竞技体操的迅速发展,单杠技术也是突飞猛进。尤其一些欧美国家开始在世界大赛上崭露头角,然而中国体操队在伦敦奥运会后出现了“滑铁卢”。本文主要通过文献资料法等研究方法,对2023年全国体操锦标赛男子单杠决赛8名运动员的成套动作进行分析,找出中国体操队单杠项目的优势与短板,通过分析得出:(1)单杠的成套动作更加多元化。(2)成套动作编排更具特色和多样性,但整体的难度价值还有待提升。(3)要继续发展飞行动作和连接技术。(4)与优秀运动员相比,在E分上仍然存在较大的差距。针对以上问题,为备战东京奥运会提出以下建议:(1)处理好基本技术,发展难新动作。(2)提高D分,细扣E分。(3)吃透新规则,发展“冷门”动作。(4)攻克技术难点,增强争金实力。In recent years,with the rapid development of competitive gymnastics,horizontal bar technology has also advanced by leaps and bounds.In particular,some European and American countries have begun to make their mark in the world competitions,but the Chinese gymnastics team appeared in"Waterloo"after the London Olympics.This article mainly uses literature and other research methods to analyze the complete set of movements of the six athletes in the men's horizontal bar finals of the 2023 National Gymnastics Championships,and find out the advantages and shortcomings of the horizontal bar event of the Chinese gymnastics team.Through the analysis,it is concluded that:1.Horizontal bar The set of actions is more diversified.2.The complete set of actions is more distinctive and diverse,but the overall difficulty value needs to be improved.3.To continue to develop flight maneuvers and connection technology.4.Compared with elite athletes,there is still a big gap in E scores.In response to the above problems,the following suggestions are made to prepare for the Tokyo Olympics:1.Deal with basic techniques and develop difficult new moves.2.Raise D points and finely deduct E points.3.Understand the new rules and develop"unpopular"actions.4.Overcome technical difficulties and enhance the ability to fight for gold.
