摘　　要：随着篮球比赛的激烈化,罚篮决胜负的作用日益凸显,如何提高罚篮命中率已成为现代篮球训练的目标之一。人工智能技术在运动训练领域的应用带来了革命性变革,通过传感器及影像技术,采用机器学习、深度学习和大数据分析等技术,AI系统已经能够在优化篮球运动员的罚篮技术动作改进和辅助训练方法等方面显示出其显著效果。本文综述了基于人工智能分析罚球动作技术在罚篮身体姿态和动作技术方面如何帮助运动员精准掌握投篮动作,优化身体姿态,以及在技术层面上实现稳定性,以及利用人工智能技术进行罚篮技术训练的应用。同时还探讨了人工智能技术在实际训练中的局限性,并展望了人工智能在篮球罚球应用前景。With the intensification of basketball games,the role of free throw shooting has become increasingly prominent,and how to improve the free throw shooting rate has become one of the goals of modern basketball training.The application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of sports training has brought about revolutionary changes,through sensor and imaging technology,the use of machine Xi,deep learning Xi and big data analysis and other technologies,AI systems have been able to optimize basketball players'free throw technology,improve the movement and assist training methods and other aspects of its remarkable effect.This paper reviews how AI-based free throw analysis technology can help athletes accurately master shooting movements,optimize body posture,and achieve stability at the technical level,as well as the application of artificial intelligence technology for free throw training.At the same time,the limitations of artificial intelligence technology in practical training are discussed,and the application prospect of artificial intelligence in basketball free throws is prospected.
