摘　　要：通过建立线上智能化管控系统,实现对所有参与作业人员的培训教育全覆盖,确保作业票中涉及的作业内容及管理人员信息与实际作业人员相一致,有效防范作业人员与监护作业人员随意离开作业区域,全面辨识作业过程风险,有效管控作业过程中的突发不稳定因素,确保作业票符合危险化学品企业特殊作业安全规范的强制要求。Though establish the online intellingent managment and control system,achieve full coverage of training and education for all operators involved,ensure that the information of relevant operations and management personnel involved in the work ticket is consistent with the actual operators,effectively prevent operators and monitoring operators from leaving the work area at will,comprehensively identify the risks of the work process,and effectively control the sudden unstable factors in the work process.Ensure that the work ticket complies with the mandatory requirements of the special work safety code of hazardous chemical enterprises.
