热灼减率分析仪校准方法研究

摘　　要：为了对热灼减率分析仪进行量值溯源,提出了一种行之有效的校准方法。校准项目包括称量示值误差和重复性、温度示值误差和炉温稳定度、热灼减率示值误差和重复性。试验验证结果表明校准方法操作性及适用性强,可以进一步推广和应用。An effective calibration method is proposed to carry out quantity traceability of the loss on ignition analyzer.Calibration items include weighing indication error and repeatability,temperature indication error and furnace temperature stability,loss on ignition indication error and repeatability.The test results show that the calibration method has strong operability and applicability,and can be further popularized and applied.
