摘　　要：文章使用音速喷嘴式气体流量标准装置进行检定,通过分析固有非线性误差,采用最小二乘法对数据进行线性校准,再优化参数,使测量结果得到有效地改善。In this paper,the sonic nozzle gas flow standard device is used for verification.By analyzing the inherent nonlinear error,the least square method is used to linearly calibrate the data,and then the parameters are optimized,so that the measurement results can be effectively improved.
