摘　　要：为解决高精度流量计的在线校准难题设计并研制一套标准表法流量标准装置,以2台科式质量流量计为主标准器,独立形成标准装置或者并联形成组合式标准装置,可实现流量范围1~150 t/h、口径范围DN(25~150)mm、扩展不确定U=0.1%,k=2的测量能力。通过运输、测量介质和环境条件等测试,验证了标准装置计量性能的稳定性,能够满足高精度流量计的在线校准需求。In order to solve the problem of online calibration of high precision flowmeters,a set of combined standard-meter flow standard device is designed and developed.This device has two Coriolis mass flow meters as the main standard,which can be used alone or in combination to achieve the measurement capability of flow range(1~100)t/h,diameter range DN(25~100)mm,expanded uncertainty U=0.1%,k=2.The stability of this standard device has been verified through the tests of transportation,measuring medium and environmental conditions,which can meet the online calibration requirements of high precision flowmeters.
