摘 要:氧气吸入器是在医学治疗中最常用的医疗器械之一,该器械量值的准确可靠直接影响到患者的生命安全。文章分析了传统机械式氧气吸入器检定装置存在的精度低、操作不方便等缺点,设计一种数字式氧气吸入器检定装置,硬件上采用基于STM32的嵌入式集成电路,软件上的采用uC/OS-Ⅲ实时操作系统,利用Emwin图形界面进行UI设计。实现了压力标准值自动控制输出,标准流量与压力数据的数字化显示,并且符合氧气吸入器检定规程,有效的提高了检定效率,具有很高的应用价值。Oxygen inhaler is one of the most commonly used medical devices in medical treatment.The safety and reliability of the device and the accuracy of oxygen supply indicators directly affect the life safety of patients.At present,most metrological institutions still use mechanical instruments for manual reading when calibrating the medical device.This traditional verification method has high labor intensity and workload,low efficiency,and is difficult to meet the needs of mass measurement.To this end,a digital calibration device for oxygen inhaler is developed.The hardware uses STM32 based embedded integrated circuit,the software uses uC/OS-Ⅲ real-time operating system,and the Emwin graphical interface is used for UI interface design.It realizes the automatic control output of pressure standard value,digital display of standard flow and pressure data,and conforms to the verification specification of oxygen inhaler,which effectively improves the verification efficiency and has high application value.
